The primary role of the Nurse Case Manager is to coordinate and facilitate care. The NCM helps patients navigate through the complex benefit and healthcare system.
The Nurse Case Manager (NCM) can help your patient by acting as an advisor, an advocate, and a mentor throughout recovery and return to work.

Job Qualifications |
|
RN. Depending on level of position an ASN or BSN degree required.
One to three years experience in clinical nursing. Basic computer proficiency is also
necessary.
Other Possible Requirements: Experience in
health insurance, workers compensation, rehabilitation, insurance related field
preferred. URAC certification. |
